Our customer Vandevelde switched from tomatoes to peppers in their newest greenhouse in Belgium. The pepper plants were planted mid-March, on perlite. “A very late start for bell pepper”, says Henk Vandevelde of Delipa, the name of the new cultivation company. “But after six weeks we had our first harvest. That was faster than expected.”
If everything goes according to plan, Delipa hopes to be growing peppers in a new greenhouse in France by 2024.
